NOTICE OF LAWFUL STATUS CONCERNING FLEX FIRE TECHNOLOGY
Thomas Allen Graves claims priority of invention and maintains majority ownership of core intellectual property rights for firearms and/or firearm triggers using FLEX FIRE TECHNOLOGY as specified within the claims of US9816772B2 and/or other US patents or technical writings. This lawful status is in part secured under USC title 35 that includes preemptive protections for methods, and apparatus operable as or in combination as a semi-automatic firearm capable of a mechanical or positive displacement trigger (or Automatic Reset Triggers) reset during rearward bolt or slide movement or reciprocation, and that prevents the operator from pulling the trigger until the bolt or slide is in firing position. This is accomplished within existing FLEX FIRE TECHNOLOGY based systems that include G1 Combat Carbine, V2 ART, Alamo 15, FRT 15, WOT, Para 15, TT FRT 15, Hoffman Super Safety and other trigger/firearm variants. The following is a defining priority of invention claim from US9816772B2 (2017) by Thomas Allen Graves. “A handheld finger activated semi-automatic arm comprising: a frame; a chamber face that is supported to the frame and that comprises a barrel; a trigger that is depressible to fire the arm once per operating cycle; a gun bolt that is movable with respect to the frame rearward away from the chamber concurrent with the trigger being positively mechanically reset; and, wherein the trigger is blocked from depression until up to 99% of the operating cycle.” This claim effectively includes any trigger that resets during gun bolt opening and that unlocks during gun bolt closing. Any commercial use or proposed commercial use or other uses that are specified in USC Title 35 of a firearm, firearm trigger or firearm trigger accessory or component that incorporate or is applied to the methods and/or apparatus of said patent claim and/or others within USA Corporate jurisdiction shall be subject to terms, and conditions of US9816772B2, and/or other US Patents by Thomas Allen Graves. |
