TEXAS CARBINE TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS

Picture

This project's mission is to provide advanced small arms solutions.

My developing technologies includes complete firearm designs, and upgraded systems for existing designs.

FLEX FIRE is an "Automatic Reset Trigger" technology that can provide firearms with safer, faster, and more certain trigger systems.

CAPTIVE PULSE damper technology can provide firearms with smoother and more controllable functionality. My damper technology can offer multiple advantages, including a controlled reduction of gun bolt, or slide energy, and reduced heat energy accumulation by active heat energy rejection.

I have multiple small arms and ammunitions projects in development, including G & GT Series high speed carbine designs,

GAYANE High Speed / Critical Duty Series
Picture

GRAVES G1 COMBAT carbine is a high speed semi-automatic SMG / pistol caliber carbine that is the first carbine to feature the following proprietary technologies,
  • Direct gun bolt activated mechanical trigger resetting
  • 3-cycle, 2-stroke gas gun bolt damping with active heat energy rejection
  • Trigger reset locking
  • Inertial trigger reset damping

The G series carbine is designed as a high-end, high-speed critical duty carbine. This design places great emphasis on functional survivability and optimizing close range capabilities. A combination of FLEX FIRE operating system, Captive Pulse 3-cycle, 2-stroke gas damping, and other proprietary technologies makes this carbine capable of extremely fast follow-up shot placement with maximized precision.

History
I made the GRAVES G1 COMBAT carbine design, and technologies, including FLEX FIRE® in Buda, Texas from 2013 - 2015. This carbine was conceived as a centennial memorial to the Armenian genocide of 1915, and the official native carbine of Eagleshead Island (@Tag Tatev), Oklahoma.

The first completed 7.62x25 Tokarev G1 Combat was test fired during spring of 2016. The first US patent for the carbine based technology was granted on February 14, 2017. The carbine is covered by multiple reserved rights including USPTO utility patents and multiple continuations. FLEX FIRE® is now a registered trademark.

The future of firearms

Multiple GRAVES G1 COMBAT carbine based technologies are already being developed for industry wide firearm applications and markets. This carbine is a revolutionary marker in the history of small arms development, and I expect to apply its  technologies throughout the firearm industry.

My firearms related technology portfolio includes,

FLEX FIRE® fire control and operating system technology
(USPTO REG.)

CAPTIVE PULSE damper and motion control technology
(USPTO REG.)
Picture

FLEX FIRE® fire control technology can provide a simple and durable trigger reset mechanism that may use rigid contact between a trigger, and a gun bolt, or slide arrangement during the earliest part of an operating cycle, and the trigger may be blocked from depression by the gun bolt, or slide up to a complete operating cycle. This system may automatically reset the trigger during each gun bolt, or slide cycle independent of trigger "pull weight", and "length of pull". The fire control technology may be applied to pivoting, or linear trigger types with striker, or hammer fired ignitions. This fire control technology is also adaptable to all reciprocating gun bolt, or slide assemblies, including bolt action assemblies, and revolver action assemblies.
The fire control & operating systems may include multiple safeties, including a patented grip operated safety that upon release automatically locks a trigger independent of a disconnector.

CAPTIVE PULSE damper technology may provide a durable and highly effective means for a double acting gas damper, even within a coiled helical spring of a gun bolt, or slide arrangement. The damper may include active heat energy rejection by cylinder volume displacement during 50% of a damper's operating cycle. The damper can remove energy from a gun bolt's rearward movement and reject the energy from the system without adding it to the gun bolt's forward movement.

These dampers may be either encased, captive, or remote. They may be used to reduce  gun bolt, or slide speed independent of recoil spring energy during both halves of a cycle. They can be used to distribute and reduce recoil, to regulate cyclic rates, to lower thermal, and  acoustic signatures, to extend firearm lifespan, to improve feeding systems, and more.
